North Country Arts mission is “to provide opportunities, to encourage and to promote artists in the North Country.” NCA also encourages the general population to express themselves through the arts. These opportunities are provided by holding exhibitions of artist’s work at NCA’s two galleries, the NCA Gallery in the Shirt Factory and the 2nd Floor Gallery in GF City Hall, at two exhibitions in Crandall Public Library, and other exhibitions at collaborating organizations.
